Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Garage Door Technician to service and install overhead garage doors in the Calgary, AB branch. The role is permanent, full-time and involves both installation and repair work, and regular on-call availability is included. Prioritize quality workmanship, safety, and effective communication.
Requirements
- Install Sectional (including FinDoor), Rolling steel, Fire Doors, High Speed Doors, Security Grilles, Roll Shutters, Bifold
- D&A Testing for site access or post incident
- Championing safety standards
- Working with hand tools, electric tools, lifts, and ladders
- Welding (as required)
- Quality workmanship
- Hard hat and other PPE
- Ability to assess job scope
- Transporting product safely
- Complete paperwork
- On-call rotation for Service
- Knowledge of safety training and tickets
