Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair automatic door systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance on various door equipment
• Diagnose faulty equipment and determine the cause of malfunctions
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize scheduling and maximize efficiency
• Ensure safe use of tools and equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
• Complete work orders using computer-based systems
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction
• Travel throughout assigned coverage area and drive safely between job sites
• Support safety initiatives and comply with all safety policies and procedures
