Construction Intern 2026

We are looking for students passionate about construction to serve as our summer interns. This is a unique opportunity where student interns gain real world experience through on the job training, working alongside our experienced Project Superintendents on commercial construction projects throughout West Michigan.

Requirements

• Pursuit of Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of commercial construction systems and processes
• Experience with construction programs including Microsoft Project, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.
• Superior organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dealing with sensitive matters
