Construction Project Manager

Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. is seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager to join their team in Fort Myers and/or Naples office. The Project Manager is responsible for overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of commercial construction-management projects.

• Direct, supervise and execute the full life cycle of a commercial construction project
• Team management
• Schedule management
• Coordinate work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish priorities
• Plan and implement all projects
• Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers
