Requirements
- 10+ years of successful business development experience in the construction, electrical contracting, or related industries.
- Deep knowledge of the Southeastern U.S. construction market and established relationships within the region preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities — able to engage and influence at all levels.
- Self-starter with the discipline to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to travel regionally as required.
