Applicant Pool for Aspire Instructor (Grant-Funded) (Toledo)

Aspire Instructor (formerly ABLE Instructor) provides instruction for adult individuals acquiring skills for post-secondary education and training, and employment. Owens Aspire services include Adult Basic Education, English for Speakers of Other Languages, and College Preparation Classes.
