Job Description
The Controls/Electrical Reliability Engineer is accountable for leading the maintenance and operations departments to deliver world-class business results for the Waxahachie, TX manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently maintaining the equipment and facilities needed to produce a high-quality product.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent experience
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Related field
- Experience in Electrical Reliability Maintenance
- Experience in leading, assessing, and developing talent to deliver results
- Experience leading / supervising employees in a unionized facility
- Experience with predictive maintenance methods (vibration analysis, lubrication, infrared, ultrasonic measurement, standard work analysis)
- CMMS (SAP Preferred) – experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvements Programs
