Gerente de Supply Chain

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for generating value for the company by optimizing capabilities, material planning, order processing, and coordinating timely deliveries to customers.

Requirements

• Lead areas of capacity, material planning, warehouse, order processing, customer service, and shipping.
• Manage logistics to synchronize supply with demand and optimize storage space.
• Manage inventories through temporary and permanent adjustments, ensuring efficient processes.
• Resolve logistical incidents (late shipments, damaged goods, problems with suppliers) with a focus on business and service.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, tax, customs, and CTPAT, as well as promote safety and correct defects.
• Develop strategies for inventory optimization, product life cycle, obsolescence, and process standardization.
• Monitor key area indicators, evaluate suppliers, and apply continuous improvements.
• Promote team development through training, evaluation, and feedback, fostering a fair and inclusive environment.
