Job Description
The Operations Leader is responsible for all aspects of the safety, quality, cost, production, and employee engagement for the Ocala, FL plant. This role focuses on maintaining a strong safety culture and ensuring a high-quality product at a competitive cost. The leader reports to the Plant Leader and manages a multi-shift production operation, warehouse, and shipping operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or engineering (preferred)
- 5-7 years manufacturing leadership experience
- Manufacturing background
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with TPM deployment and sustainment
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
