Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will oversee plant activities, supervise production, and delegate work assignments to ensure key performance indicators are met. They will promote a safe work environment, utilize resources, and motivate staff to correct deficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a team-based Lean Manufacturing environment
• College Degree in a related field is preferred or the combination of High School degree with several years of experience in a supervisory role
• Bilingual English and Spanish desirable but not required
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Excel, Outlook
• Previous exposure to Kronos as Time Management tool is an asset
• Hands-on experience implementing Lean Manufacturing process systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable with high integrity and strong work ethic
• Self motivated with a results driven approach
• Excellent problem solving skills
