Network Analyst

Requirements

• Good knowledge on Routing and Switching, knows routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP.
• Hands on experience on Meraki Switches and Wireless.
• SDWAN & Wireless knowledge would be added advantage.
• JNCIA certified.
• Good troubleshooting skills on Juniper & Meraki Network devices.
• Experience in Tier-2 support, network troubleshooting, handling escalation, Root-cause analysis (RCA) and SLA's
• Ability to coordinate with internal clients to understand their network requirements.
• Ability to multi-task effectively, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• CAB Meeting handling with offshore, onshore & change management team for implementing changes on production & change approvals per ITIL procedures.
• Familiarity with ITSM & SNOW (Service Now) ticketing tools.
