Job Description
OWT is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to be the primary contact for clients, resolving technical incidents and contributing to the continuous improvement of software solutions. This role involves diagnostic and resolution of technical issues, documentation, and development of solutions, offering opportunities for career growth to a lead position.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- ITSM processes and tools experience
- Java and Spring framework proficiency
- Good knowledge of databases and SQL
- Docker, Kubernetes experience
- Linux command line skills
- English writing and spoken fluency (C1 level)
- German language asset (benefit)
