Payroll, Benefits and HR Officer

Join OXB as a Payroll, Benefits and HR Officer for a 12-month maternity cover. The role involves delivering accurate and timely payroll and benefits processes, providing first point of contact for employee queries, and offering excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English
• Recognised payroll qualification
• Up to date knowledge of relevant current UK Payroll legislation
• Competent on payroll to advise employees on basic tax, pension and NI issues
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
• Ability to critically review current operational procedures
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate and respond to employee queries
• Strong understanding of, and passion for, delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with integrity
