Principal Engineer

We're looking for a Principal Engineer to deliver projects of significant complexity in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference. This is a hybrid role where the candidate will need to draw on strong project engineering and project management skills to enable capital project success.

Requirements

• Supporting GMP manufacturing facility capital projects from a project engineering standpoint
• Driving and owning MEP, architectural, and construction specification deliverables
• Managing capital projects of varying scope and complexity
• Driving definition of project scope, development and management of resources and budget
• Monitoring project progress, help the project team identify and overcome roadblocks and challenges
• Overseeing project closure and ensure that deliverables are completed inclusive of coordinated after action reviews
• Understand and communicate business drivers for projects that are proposed and help drive project approval process
