We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Production team in High Wycombe. The primary purpose of the Production Team Leader is to support the safety, quality cost and delivery objectives of the production team.
Requirements
- Manage people and have the ability to coach/mentor teams for effective performance and mutual success
- Have knowledge of best practice manufacturing methods (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Have experience using ERP/MRP systems
- Have experience leading teams within a complex manufacturing environment
