Job Description
The Associate Director, Regional Marketing - SEA and Australasia will lead market growth strategies within Southeast Asia and Australia, New Zealand. This role involves monitoring performance, ensuring alignment with global strategic priorities, and developing local marketing plans to drive growth in the region. Key responsibilities include developing marketing plans, implementing marketing programs, and coordinating with commercial teams.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the life science/genomic market in the SEA and Australasia region.
- Experience and understanding of genetic technologies and how they can be utilised in a variety of applications.
- Minimum BSc in biological sciences discipline; MSc/PhD preferred.
- 5-8+ years of experience within a life science and/or genomic sequencing industry.
- Experience in working with distributors, dealers and channel partners.
- Working in a global and matrixed environment, with the ability to influence across an organisation at all levels.
- Experience working with marketing automation platforms/SFDC.
- Excellent organization and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills and a passion for driving activities to a high-reaching timescale.
