Support the People & Culture Team as an intern or student assistant in all areas of the Employee-Life-Cycle, focusing on Onboarding and gaining insights into topics such as Learning, Culture, and Recruiting.

Requirements

• Enrolled or just in a gap year
• Studying (Economics-) Psychology, Social or Economic Sciences or a comparable field with good academic performance
• Strong communication skills
• Independence and a desire to take on responsibility
• Proficiency in German and English
• Commitment, openness, and eagerness to accompany a startup in its development
