As a Service Desk Specialist, you play a central role in the operation of OSS-, BSS- and Office-IT system landscapes of OXG Glasfaser GmbH and ensure that internal IT user requests are processed in a structured manner.
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification
- Experience in 1st level support, service desk or helpdesk
- Outstanding analytical skills, solution-oriented and proactive working
- Experience in caring for BSS / OSS and Office IT systems in the telecommunications environment
- Secure handling of ticketing systems, collaboration tools, Okta, MS 365 and knowledge of ITSM
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in speech and writing
- Independent prioritization and reliable processing of tasks
