Legal Director to lead high-performing legal team across diverse domains, navigating complex challenges and shaping industry standards.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Law (LL.M)
- 10+ years of experience as in-house counsel or in a law firm
- Experience in a tech-native company or working with SaaS, IT infrastructure, and digital business models
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English
