Job Description
This Talent Sourcer role focuses on discovering talented individuals across a variety of channels and managing the full sourcing cycle, from market research to candidate engagement. The role emphasizes building relationships with candidates and maintaining candidate databases, with an understanding of the candidate's motivations. It requires a curious and proactive individual who enjoys data analysis and the talent acquisition field.
Requirements
- Proven track record of working as a recruiter or talent sourcer
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms
- Creative and outside-the-box approach to sourcing
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable
