Requirements
- Support the development of People processes and data-driven insights
- Generate routine and ad-hoc People reports to support decision-making
- Contribute to People team initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Support the use of psychometric data in hiring and internal development conversations
- Maintain People team documentation, templates, and process guides
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration
- Own interview scheduling across multiple departments
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment documentation collection
- Administer and manage Ozow's suite of psychometric and technical assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and support a best-in-class candidate experience
- Maintain and update People processes, playbooks, and compliance documentation
- Support the rollout of People-related tools such as ATS enhancements, HRIS updates, and L&D platforms
- Recommend opportunities for automation and leverage AI-first tools for scheduling, documentation, and workflow improvement
