Production Manager - HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical

We’re a fast-growing home services company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions. We're seeking a Production Manager to lead our field operations, ensure top-tier service delivery, and help drive efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades (multi-trade experience preferred)
• Proven track record managing field teams and production operations
• Strong understanding of scheduling, workflow, and project management principles
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of local codes, permitting, and safety regulations
• Proficiency with field management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
