Breakdown Coordinator

The Breakdown Coordinator will receive inbound phone calls and coordinate maintenance related issues between drivers, vendors, and stakeholders. The role requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience (Preferred)
• Previous call center, service writer, or mechanical experience (Preferred)
• Experience in the transportation industry (Preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• OEM maintenance certifications
