We are looking for an energetic organizer who always thinks three steps ahead to become our new office manager. As the hub of our office, you will ensure that everything works smoothly and think of new ways to improve and make things better.

Requirements

• Works independently and shows ownership.
• Is always looking for ways to improve, make things smarter or more beautiful.
• Is representative, social, and communicative.
• Is IT-minded: knows your way around systems and easily communicates with IT parties.
• Has experience as a head receptionist or office manager.
• Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves - from organizing to cleaning.
• Is organized and thinks ahead.
• Is familiar with WordPress, Social Media, and SharePoint (preferably).
