Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Superintendent to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and meet deadlines for our tenant improvement projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in scheduling, filed supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction.
• Ability to read, understand specifications, blueprints, engineering and architectural drawings.
• Excellent listening skills and strong communication.
