Job Description
We are seeking a Child Youth Worker to provide care and support to young people living in staffed homes, encouraging independence and self-determination while maintaining excellent standards of care, health, and safety.
Requirements
- Grade 12 education
- Child and Youth Care Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in community social services working with youth experiencing significant mental health, substance use, and/or concurrent disorder challenges in a multidisciplinary health care setting.
