Job Description
PG&E is seeking an Expert Contract Manager to oversee the lifecycle of strategic 3rd party contracts. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to contractual terms, tracking milestones, and managing renewals/amendments, with a responsibility to monitor, analyze, and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess experience in contract management and a proven track record of delivering value through efficient processes.
Requirements
- Acts as a subject matter expert regarding all contracting matters.
- Manages complex contracts and change order terms.
- Develops complex scorecards to assess contract performance.
- Independently facilitates vendor performance discussions.
- Negotiates major dispute settlement.
- Leads cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives.
- Creates new and innovative approaches to solve complex problems.
