Identity Governance Administration Systems Analyst

Pacific Life is seeking an Identity Governance Administration Systems Analyst to contribute to the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products and capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the IGA strategy and corresponding roadmaps, collaborating with IT leaders and technologists, and improving and tracking the maturity of the IAM IGA products and capabilities.

Requirements

• Serve as the IGA Product Owner for the IAM department
• Contribute to a strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of IGA
• Design IGA solutions with technical and architectural design documentation
• Eliminate duplicative capabilities and reduce complexities
• Establish strong relationships with technology partners and business lines
• Conduct user access review campaigns in accordance with regulatory and compliance needs
• Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes
• Identify, manage and remediate existing or future risks, issues, and roadblocks
• Partner with internal technical teams and develop program communications framework
• Assist with regression and integration testing for newly developed enhancements
