Job Description
Pacific Seafood is seeking a General Manager for its Coast Seafood operations. This role is responsible for strategic oversight of farm, hatchery, and oyster processing, focusing on resource management, process improvement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership and communication skills and a commitment to servant leadership.
Requirements
- Oversee all farm operations in Nahcotta, Willapa, Grays Harbor, Tillamook, and Coose Bay, OR.
- Supervise and develop local teams.
- Oversee processing, transportation, and logistics.
