We are looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team and generate a new structure according to market penetration strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in traditional market channels, B2B, and exports, as well as a strong understanding of industrial sectors such as agro-industry and food.
Requirements
- Experience in traditional market channel, B2B and exports
- Liaison with industrial sectors: agro-industry, food or others
- Launch of new products (migration from plastic to paper)
- Management of commercial, financial, and operational indicators
- Generation of synergies with the operations area in search of process improvements and/or cost savings
- Marketing strategy and introduction of products (marketing channels)
- Lead the commercial team, able to generate a new structure according to market penetration strategy (developers, commercial according to business line)
- Generation of pricing strategy, working hand in hand with the finance area
