Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience as a Customer Support Agent or similar CS role is appreciated
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Computer literacy
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7
