The Engineering Project Manager will oversee various aspects of engineering projects related to the facility's infrastructure, equipment, and processes. The role will lead and coordinate a team of 10 professionals and engineering projects that support the facility's operations, improve efficiency, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
- Significant experience in industrial maintenance or construction, with demonstrated expertise in project management.
- Proficiency in metal fabrication and design is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of OSHA construction guidelines, including machine guarding, safe work practices, NFPA 70E guidelines, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience in financial management, including tracking payments and purchase orders for multi-million dollar projects and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with plant management, corporate teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
