We are looking for a Field Engineer to perform support and implementation services for a major Argentine company. The candidate will handle first-level customer support, ticket management, and collaboration with level 2 and 3 engineers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the field
- English reading knowledge is required to interpret datasheets and technical information, and oral to interact with the manufacturers' support centers
- Mandatory knowledge: Routing, Switching, Firewall, Wireless, Virtualization
