The Finance Manager Trainee will participate in a 12-18 month regional trainee program, including modules in Mexico and other Latin American countries. After completing the program, the candidate will be considered for a local manager position as Finance Manager in their country of origin or another location.
Requirements
- University Degree / Specialization in Tax. Master in Business Administration and Finance.
- Public Accounting or Finance.
- 4 to 6 years full time job experience in well recognized multinational companies, exporters or agricultural commodities, and major auditing firms to play roles in taxes, costs, treasury, etc.
- Strong understanding & experience in Finance function, Tax, Cost Accounting, treasury and audit.
- Advanced English (Required).
