Job Description
The Fund Accountant (Analyst level) will manage critical tasks related to real estate fund accounting, ensuring accurate valuations and regulatory compliance. This role is fully on-site in New York City and operates on a full-time schedule. The role involves daily NAV calculations, financial statement preparation, and collaboration with various teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Perform daily and periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations
- Prepare and review financial statements and regulatory reporting
- Reconcile investments and accounting records
- Monitor capital calls, distributions, and fees
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting rules and policies
- Participate in implementation and documentation of new accounting standards
