Sales Operations Leader to join the team in São Paulo, coordinating sales strategy and operations, monitoring revenue and KPIs, and providing daily support to sales and pre-sales leadership.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 02 years in sales operations, market intelligence/business intelligence or strategic consulting;
- Mastery of processes and KPIs in the pre-sales and sales areas;
- Experience in building BIs and reports and in conducting in-depth analyses;
- Data-driven: understand and identify data for decision-making, as well as cross-referencing it with market information to propose better alternatives;
- Know process automation tools (Make, N8N, Zendesk)
- Analytical skills;
- Proactivity; ability to search for information, solve conceptual problems, gather resources, and deliver results in challenging situations;
- Interest in people management;
- Good interpersonal relationships and ability to influence peers, managers, and C-level.
