Senior Project Manager of Construction

The Senior Project Manager of Construction will oversee the development and construction of high-end hotel projects, with a focus on project management and leadership.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Specialization in architecture and engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership (PMI certification is a plus)
• Experience in hospitality and shopping center projects, demonstrating a higher complexity than residential construction
• Proven ability to manage both construction and pre-construction phases, including approvals and technical project aspects with city authorities
• Ownership mentality, acting as a representative of the owner rather than solely as a representative of the construction company
• Budget control, schedule management, and strategic planning for the construction firm
• Ability to ensure the final quality and consistency of the project
• Fluent in Portuguese (highly desirable)
• Cultural understanding and affinity for a Latino environment
• Effective communication skills, especially while interacting with team members in Brazil
• Previous experience in managing hotel construction projects is a significant advantage
