Training and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Training and Development Specialist with extensive experience in structuring and developing new projects, performance evaluation, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a solid knowledge of Excel, dashboard creation, and presentations, as well as proficiency in English. They will be responsible for leading the Training and Development front, structuring institutional programs, and performing performance evaluations.
