Night Audit

Pacifica Hotels is searching for a Night Auditor to join the team at Sandcastle on the Beach, Pismo Beach, CA. The Night Auditor will be responsible for assisting guests and closing hotel books at night.

Requirements

• Greet arriving guests and complete established check-in procedures
• Facilitate guest departures and follow established procedures
• Regularly calculate and/or post monies, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit
• Courteously answer inquiries and accept reservations
• Maintain good guest relations and keep abreast of all in-house and area functions
• Operate the PBX equipment and control and balance cash and credit transactions
