Project Director- Construction (Power Generation)

Pacifico Group is seeking an experienced Project Director to plan and oversee energy projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in construction project management within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in construction project management within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors
• Experience managing complex multi-trade construction projects with significant electrical and/or mechanical scopes
• Proficiency in pre-construction activities, including estimating, procurement strategy, permitting, and contract management
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle project delivery, from planning through execution and closeout
• In-depth understanding of project controls, scheduling (Primavera, MS Project), and budgeting principles
