Job Description
PackageX is a rapidly growing pre-Series A stage startup automating data entry and logistics for buildings, warehouses, and stores using AI, apps, and APIs. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the solution engineering strategy, design scalable integrations, and advocate for the customer. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong technical and communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Implementation in B2B SaaS
- Deep familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, OMS)
- Strong written communication skills, especially for technical documentation
