Requirements

• Three or more (3+) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Three or more (3+) years of experience managing and leading direct reports in a manufacturing environment
• Must have Continuous Improvement experience
• SPC Gain Seeker experience
• Food Safety / GMP experience highly desired
• Paper science or paper making experience highly desired
