The Technical Service Representative provides technical service and support for the Company’s beverage carton customers, conducting daily customer visits, carton and machine inspections, training customers, and providing general advising and assistance. The role involves traveling to the Eastern Canada territory and requires strong mechanical skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical skills and technical knowledge
- Experience in packaging equipment or equivalent in dairy/juice industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to spend extended periods of time away from home and flexibility to travel 75% of the time
- Willingness to work flexible hours as scheduled or required for the role
- Valid driver’s license
