Paddle is a SaaS company offering a Merchant of Record service for payments infrastructure. The Compliance & Risk Manager (Financial Crime & Seller Operations) role will partner with Risk Operations and Support teams to develop and evolve Paddle's Financial Crime Compliance Programme.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory advisory
• Strong working knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, and merchant risk
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Detail-oriented and pragmatic with strong risk judgement
