Job Description
Paddle offers SaaS companies a risk management platform that separates payments infrastructure from customer management. They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager to develop, implement, and scale their ERM framework. This role involves framework creation, policy development, risk governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or fintech and a strong understanding of risk management principles.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in risk management (first or second line)
- Background in operational or enterprise risk within financial services, fintech, or payments
- Experience in designing and implementing risk frameworks from the ground up
- Hands-on experience with core risk processes (RCSAs, control design, issue/incident management, risk reporting)
- Comfort balancing pragmatic solutions with regulatory and stakeholder expectations
