Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

Pagaya is looking for a Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary to join our legal leadership team and help shape the next chapter of our growth. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct access and influence alongside our Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience advising on corporate governance, securities laws, executive compensation disclosure, and related finance/tax/treasury initiatives at a public company or top law firm.
• Strong foundation in U.S. securities law and public-company reporting (10-K/10-Q, Proxy, 8-K, etc.).
