Staff Software Engineer (Mobile)

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead high-complexity initiatives, define technical standards, and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation in mobile platforms and products.

Requirements

• Profound experience in mobile engineering, with proven expertise in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)
• Significant architectural decision-making history and experience in high-complexity and impact projects
• Experience with planning, conducting, and executing strategic projects, with multiple teams and inter-area dependencies
• Ability to take long-term architectural decisions, evaluating trade-offs and business impact
• Promoting good engineering practices, code reviews, technical discussions, and quality and sustainability-focused processes
• Developing and orienting people through mentoring, pair programming, reviews, and continuous feedback
• Clear and assertive communication, promoting alignment between engineering, product, and business
• Adopting a constant learning attitude, adaptability, and leadership in uncertain environments
