Nurse Navigator - Remote

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to work in Pager Health's Command Center, providing exceptional customer service and virtual care through empathic communication.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience; within the ICU or ER highly preferred
• Active compact unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Bilingual and able to communicate in both English and Spanish is a major plus
• Ability to give and receive actionable feedback
• Passionate about patient care and triage
