Requirements
- 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare tech
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
- Product Marketing certification, preferred
- Equivalent practical experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environments will also be considered
- B2B health plan marketing experience strongly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and execution chops: Ability to straddle product marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to create compelling messaging for complex, multi-product portfolios targeting different personas
- Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of programs, Notion, Figma, or other product project management tools
- Clear, concise communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders
- Experience launching products or features, building GTM plans, and tracking outcomes
- Experience supporting product commercialization
- Comfort working in a matrixed organization, aligning with cross-functional partners, and influencing stakeholders
- A builder’s mindset: You enjoy bringing structure to ambiguity and moving things forward without waiting for perfect inputs
