Job Description
Pagnotta Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the Concrete Division in Kamloops, BC. This role involves assisting Project Managers and Site Superintendents in commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family construction projects, gaining hands-on project management experience. The position is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills and a willingness to grow into a full Project Manager role.
Requirements
- Assist with plan/specification analysis.
- Research and recommend solutions to design conflicts.
- Liaise with subcontractors regarding drawings, pricing, site instructions, and change notices.
- Review, interpret, and communicate contract requirements.
- Review supplier and subcontractor quotes.
- Order and track site formwork inventory.
- Maintain project documentation.
- Support project managers with billings, forecasts, contracts, and budgets.
- Track and execute shop drawings, RFIs, SIs, CNs, PCNs/CCOs, and work orders.
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings and company safety programs.
- Monitor fieldwork to ensure compliance.
- Prepare close-out documents.
- Conduct quality control activities.
- Perform additional assignments.
